So, Corky, who were your first customers?

Like many of you, I often found myself bringing cookies to my sons' school bake sales. One day, though, I noticed Kyle, Ian, and their friends buying my cookies instead of the other goodies! When I asked them "Why buy those when you can get them for free at home?" they said: "Mom, they're the best thing here!"

Well, who can resist testimonials like that?! So, I quess my first customers were school kids.

How long ago was that?

It's been nearly 10 years since that bake sale. Although I have been making this recipe for friends and family for 15 years, I am thrilled to make them available to you and those who suffer from celiac and other related illnesses.

Several of my friends suffer from these types of diseases and a gluten-free lifestyle is very important for them. I am so happy that I can provide treats that they can enjoy with their families and eat without worry.

Today my family and I are proud supporters of the CDF and the CSA.
